The average age of the staff members remained almost the same as in the last five years. In 2019, the average age rose slightly to 44.8 years, but returned back to 44.6 years in 2020. The average age of permanent employees is 46.3 years, while the figure for temporary employees is 37.9 years. On average, women tend to be slightly younger and men slightly older.
