English-enriched education
Some local schools offer what is known as English-enriched instruction, in which 10-25 percent of the teaching is in English and the rest is in Finnish. It is part of the regular language selection of these schools, so it is available for all pupils of the school, and no aptitude test is required. Most of the schools offering English-enriched education have launched it quite recently, which is why it is currently offered in lower grades only.
