City of Helsinki Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division Service Strategy 2023–2025
Helsinki’s health, social and rescue services will form a new Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division at the beginning of 2023. The starting point for the Service Strategy is that, in the future, Helsinki will respond even better to the service needs of its residents.
